3. Services

• STAR EYEZ provides software development, consulting, maintenance, and support services tailored to client needs.
• The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal before work commences.
• Any changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

• Clients must make payments as per the agreed pricing structure and timeline.
• A deposit may be required before project commencement.
• Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Unless otherwise agreed, STAR EYEZ retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its software, tools, and methodologies.
• Clients will receive usage rights as per the terms defined in the contract.
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of our software is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
• STAR EYEZ will not use or share client data beyond the scope of the agreed services.

7. Warranties and Liability

• STAR EYEZ strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee that software will be completely error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services.
• The client is responsible for proper use and maintenance of the delivered software.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
• Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be payable.
• STAR EYEZ reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in unlawful or unethical practices.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

10. Amendments

STAR EYEZ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or other official channels.
